The standard celebration lasts approximately 60 minutes, giving plenty of time for the reveal, games, photos, and exploration.

We recommend booking at least **3 weeks in advance** to secure your preferred date — especially for weekends and peak party months.

If your celebration is coming up sooner, don’t worry — we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute bookings if a time slot is available.

**Important:** Custom cakes and certain premium add-ons require **a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice** so everything is prepared perfectly for the big day.

We recommend parties of 1–15 children for the best experience.

Inside the Cybertruck, up to 5 guests can participate at a time, and we rotate groups so everyone gets a turn with the games and features.

Custom cakes are non-refundable once ordered.

The Cybertruck experience itself can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 days before the event for a full refund or credit.

Booking is easy. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before the event day.
